Vinyasa Krama... What does it actually mean? And how is it relevant to the practice both on the mat and off the mat? Beyond upward and downward dog, Vinyasa should be something we should consider throughout the class from the very beginning to the very end.
In this workshop, we will be exploring the meaning of vinyasa and how it applies to our physical practice. We will of course be breaking down what we commonly perceive as Vinyasa (downward dog to plank, through chaturanga, to upward facing dog and back), as well as explore progressions and regressions to develop the strength to progress safely with correct form.
